REWIRE PRICING GUIDE

Our pricing guide is divided into 2 parts, base costs for a standard rewire (unoccupied property) and optional add-ons and upgrades.

Many factors can increase the base price including:

Whether the home is occupied
Loft access
Fabric/structure of the building
Parking on site
Layout of house
Flooring type
Extra rooms

We do free surveys with a fixed price quote which will not change unless you make changes to the design.

Other costs to consider outside of our services: asbestos surveys, meter tails upgrade and isolator install, redecorating.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

18th Edition RCBO populated board with surge protection.

Consumer Unit

You get up to 3 double sockets included per room depending on size, more for lounges and kitchen. All required appliance sockets, spurs and isolators.

1 central light per bedroom. Up to 2 lights per room for other areas. 2 way switching (up and downstairs) for hall and landing. Basic white pendants.

BS 5839-6 Grade D Category LD3 smoke alarm system. Mains powered and interlinked smoke alarms on each floor in circulation areas.

After you rewire is complete we do what is called a builders clean. We take away all our rubbish and sweep and vacuum everywhere. For a full detail clean please see add-ons.

Making Good from £585

Plastering walls and repairing ceilings after wiring and accessories are chased in.

House Prep from £320

If your property is occupied we will need belongings put away and furniture moved in certain areas. We can do this for you and have it put back at the end. We will box up your things and move furniture to a central area away from where we need to work.

Deep Clean from £220

Our electricians will clean up after their work, taking away all rubbish and sweeping and vacuuming all floors. However, chasing and drilling walls is dusty work and it can get anywhere and everywhere. If you would like a deep clean we can arrange for this service also so there is 1 less thing for you to worry about.
